Absolutely brilliant service. Set up for a 3 year old birthday party, with the mini bounce house. Set up and take down was exceptional, very friendly. I cannot recommend them enough, 100% will go to them for future use!

This is the second time we’ve booked Mini Mayhem and will certainly be back in the future. There is so much to choose from and all reasonably priced. Samantha and Ceirion went above and beyond to make sure they were able to set up for my daughter’s birthday party. We hired the princess carriage bouncy castle for our garden and all the children loved it.
The booking system was easy to use and I found the website easy to navigate.

Would highly recommend, booked a package deal last minute for a garden party, very easy to book online had confirmation straight away then another email with information the next day! He unfortunately the rain was due to be bad I managed to find a venue and called to change location the day before and they managed to move it, equipment clean and tidy! Sam and Ceiron were both amazing, they were great with communication throughout and very helpful when I was enquiring.
They arrived on time - despite suffering a blow out on their way, set up quickly and were amazing throughout my daughters party. All the children loved it and it kept everyone entertained and happy, even the adults 😂❤️. Friendly and very helpful. Their knowledge for what works and what doesn't is fantastic and offered me an alternative on the day as they were unsure what I hired would work which I was extremely grateful for than being disappointed on the day.

I would just like to say thank you so much for everything you did for us today. We were extremely delayed in setting up for our party due to the venue double booking our session, so Samantha and Ceirion helped with blowing up balloons, getting extension leads from their van for us to plug disco lights and speakers and getting the bouncy castle up and running super quickly and efficiently having had only 10 minutes to set up for the party. They were so lovely to chat to as well. I can’t recommend this company enough. I booked these 2 weeks after having a baby and in my sleep deprived baby haze I had forgotten to pay the deposit which was only realise 12 hrs before said party. They were amazing and went above and beyond allowing me to pay all on the day. Kids loved the soft play and bouncy castle but it was the first class service that will see me reuse! Thank you!!

I booked Mini Mayhem Softplay for my daughters 2nd birthday on the weekend and I couldn't have asked for a better company! they kept me up to date with all updates, even an email the week of the party to confirm everything.

Additionally, we were up stairs in the venue and they never once complained about having to carry all the equipment up the stairs.

Wow !! What an amazing, hard working team. We hired the candy floss and popcorn machine for our year 6 prom at heronstone hotel. They were set up ready to go and I can honestly say they worked their socks off for two hours!! A constant queue for candyfloss and popcorn and they didn’t disappoint!! You made 100 plus kids year!! Hired the Sumo Suits for a Family Fun Day event. Everyone loved them! It came with 2 adult sized suits and 2 children sized suits so everyone could have a go. Booked a castle thorough these guys for my son's birthday as they had the best reviews out of all the local suppliers. We were not disappointed! They were so understanding and accomodating, I said I wasn't sure about the area being suitable and they came out to survey it for us (not once but twice as we had a mix up with the address!) Porthcawl United Football Club held a charity fundraiser today (9 july) and mini mayhem helped make the day extra special.
Their bouncy castle, slush and candy floss went down a treat and they donated a share of the profits which we are grateful for.

5* - Have to say what an absolutely amazing company to deal with. Being a working- business owner mum of two to say I have no free time is an understatement. Mini Mayhem literally went above and beyond to sort EVERYTHING out including finding another company to help as there was extras that I wanted. To be relaxed whilst entertaining 65 kids was just priceless. My son had an amazing 4th birthday party and all the kids and their parents thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
