We used mini mayhem and couldn’t be happier with the service! The guy was absolutely fantastic – really friendly, helpful, and professional. He gave great advice on the best placement for safety, arrived exactly when he said he would for both drop-off and collection and even waited before setting up for the rain to pass, and the equipment was spotless and well-maintained. Everything was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Second time I've used this company. Absolutely great both times. Arrived early to set up. They even refunded me the difference without prompting as I'd individually bought two items which could be bought cheaper as a 'package'. How good is that?

Would highly recommend, booked a package deal last minute for a garden party, very easy to book online had confirmation straight away then another email with information the next day! He unfortunately the rain was due to be bad I managed to find a venue and called to change location the day before and they managed to move it, equipment clean and tidy! I’m so pleased and both where so lovely and friendly!

Samantha and Ceirion went above and beyond to make sure they were able to set up for my daughter’s birthday party. We hired the princess carriage bouncy castle for our garden and all the children loved it.

Sam and Ceiron were both amazing, they were great with communication throughout and very helpful when I was enquiring.
They arrived on time - despite suffering a blow out on their way, set up quickly and were amazing throughout my daughters party. Friendly and very helpful. Their knowledge for what works and what doesn't is fantastic and offered me an alternative on the day as they were unsure what I hired would work which I was extremely grateful for than being disappointed on the day.

I would just like to say thank you so much for everything you did for us today. We were extremely delayed in setting up for our party due to the venue double booking our session, so Samantha and Ceirion helped with blowing up balloons, getting extension leads from their van for us to plug disco lights and speakers and getting the bouncy castle up and running super quickly and efficiently having had only 10 minutes to set up for the party. They were so lovely to chat to as well. I can’t recommend this company enough. I booked these 2 weeks after having a baby and in my sleep deprived baby haze I had forgotten to pay the deposit which was only realise 12 hrs before said party. Wow !! What an amazing, hard working team. We hired the candy floss and popcorn machine for our year 6 prom at heronstone hotel. Hired the Sumo Suits for a Family Fun Day event. Everyone loved them! It came with 2 adult sized suits and 2 children sized suits so everyone could have a go. They were so understanding and accomodating, I said I wasn't sure about the area being suitable and they came out to survey it for us (not once but twice as we had a mix up with the address!) Couldn't recommend Mini Mayhem enough. We hired a bouncy castle and ball pit for our daughter's first birthday. It kept the kids happy for hours, wouldn't have a party without one now!
