When there is a bouncy castle in any of the Packages or booked alone we ask that you pay attention to the room size, in particular the height of the room as we can't be held responsible if the bouncy castle of your choice doesn't fit. If your unsure or the heights of the castle aren't stated yet (work in progress at the moment) please Contact Us and we'll happily supply the sizes required.
Each bouncy castle requires a safe working room with a minimum of 1.2metres / 4ft all the way around.
Each one will come with safety mats for around the front step area, blower (which HAS to remain on AT ALL times), appropriate number of sand bags (if indoors), metal pegs if on grass and one for every anchor point on the castle and fixing bolts if outdoors on concrete (when there's a need to use fixing bolts then the remaining hole will need to be filled with silicone and then left).
When you book one of our packages the way that we set up will depend on the size and shape of the room and amount of space that you have. We usually set up the softplay on their mats out in front of the bouncy castle of choice, alternatively we can set up alongside the bouncy castle or in another area of the room if needed, we will work with you to arrange this on the day.
